Where We Deliver
Colourpop ships exclusively to addresses within the 50 United States and Washington, DC.
We do not ship to international locations, United States territories, APO addresses, or FPO addresses.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or United States federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Time
After processing, delivery within the United States takes 3–5 business days.
Delivery time is measured from when the carrier picks up the package, not from when the order is placed.
Carriers Used
We use reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier for your order is selected based on your location and package weight.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Colourpop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “delivered.” Please contact the carrier directly.
