Return Period
You may return eligible unused items within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Condition for Returns
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging. Colourpop accepts returns for any reason as long as the item meets these requirements.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free. After your return is approved, Colourpop provides a prepaid return shipping label.
Restocking Fee
Colourpop does not charge any restocking fee.
How to Return an Item
- Email info@colourpop.cfd with your order number and a note that you wish to return the item(s).
- Our team replies within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to: 31 Indian Mound, Oak Ridge, LA 71264, United States.
Refund Timing
After Colourpop receives and inspects your returned item, we issue a refund within one business day. The refund is credited back to your original payment method.
Refund Appearance on Statement
Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
